Feds Prepare Subpoena for Mary-Kate in Heath Drug Case
Guess Mary-Kate Olsen hasn't given officials all the "relevant information" they needed in the Heath Ledger case after all.
Days after a formal statement from the twin's rep proclaiming her innocence and insisting Olsen has fully cooperated with the Drug Enforcement Administration's investigation into how Ledger obtained medications sans prescription, E! News has confirmed a subpoena with the star's name on it is ready and waiting to be delivered.
"It was dated and signed on April 23, but it has not been enforced yet," says a federal law-enforcement source, denying reports circulating earlier today that Olsen had already been served.
"We are still in negotiations. There are still negotiations with Mary-Kate's lawyer and also with our U.S. Attorney's Office, the prosecutors."

Nikki Blonsky's needs no aerosol to make her hair stand on end today.
The 19-year-old Hairspray star and her father were arrested on assault charges after a dustup with the family of former America's Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden at the Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos.
"They were involved in an altercation at the airport in the departure lounge," Sgt. Chase of the Turks and Caicos Islands Police Department tells E! News. The skirmish apparently involved a dispute over saved seats.
Blonsky's rep, Teal Cannaday, declined comment on the incident.
Snoop's Dawgs Facing Marijuana Rap
Maybe Snoop Dogg should've popped for the pine-tree air freshener.
Two members of rapper's entourage were busted for marijuana possession Thursday in Texas after state troopers smelled pot during a routine traffic stop, E! News confirms.
The identifies of the men were not provided, but we know that their ringmaster was not involved.
"Snoop was not arrested," his manager, Constance Schwartz, told E! News. "Snoop continues to enjoy touring with 311 on the Unity Tour."
Greek Star Paddled With DUI Charges
The hazing continues for Scott Michael Foster.
The 23-year-old Greek star was charged Tuesday with two misdemeanor DUI counts stemming from his arrest last week in Hollywood following a routine traffic stop.
Foster is scheduled to be arraigned Aug. 11 on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or above.
Patrolmen pulled the actor over shortly past midnight on July 21 near the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Wilcox Avenue. After he failed field sobriety tests, Foster was booked into custody and held until about 5 a.m., when he was released after posting $5,000 bail.
Foster wasn't too rattled by the bust to return to frat-boy mode. He managed to make it to the Greek set that morning, where, a source told E! News, "he was very apologetic and grateful that nothing worse happened as a result of his bad decision."
Sheriff: Shia LaBeouf Not to Blame in Car Crash
Turns out, Shia LaBeouf was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. With the wrong blood-alcohol level.
As the 22-year-old Transformers star spends the next month recovering from extensive hand surgery and planning a defense for his charge of misdemeanor DUI, he can take some solace in the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department's latest revelation: Despite previous reports and assumptions, the actor was not to blame in causing Sunday morning's rollover car crash.
"He was not at fault," sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said.
Jerry Lewis Guns for Trouble in Vegas
Perhaps Jerry Lewis was on his way to Dennis Farina's house.
The original Nutty Professor was briefly detained Friday at Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport after trying to board a flight to Detroit with an unloaded gun in his carry-on luggage.
Police confiscated the .22-caliber Beretta, and Lewis was cited for carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.
The Joker's on Him
Heath Ledger might get an Oscar nod for his agent of chaos in The Dark Knight.
Spencer Taylor might get five to seven.
The 20-year-old Michigan weirdo was busted for trying to swipe Batman posters and stand-ups from the lobby of a movie theater, all while in his homemade Joker getup.
The freaky fanboy was rung up on charges of larceny, malicious destruction of property and a bad mascara job.

LaBeouf's Mom Talks: Shia's "Fine"
Shia LaBeouf's mother wants the world to know: The kid is all right.
In recovery, but all right.
Shayna LaBeouf told E! News that her 22-year-old action-star son remains at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after undergoing "extensive hand surgery" in the wake of his truck-flipping, DUI-inurring car crash.
"I'm at the hospital right now, he's doing fine," said Shayna, who has been keeping watch over her son since his wreck in the wee hours of Sunday.
Shia's DUI Disturbia: What Are Your Thoughts?
Getting arrested for being a little rowdy in Walgreens is funny, but getting busted for a DUI after crashing into another car and rolling an F-150 is really, seriously not cool.
And that's how Shia LaBeouf went from being labeled the next Tom Hanks to possibly the next Lindsay Lohan. However, unlike Linds, he has two big movies coming up over the next year—this September's Eagle Eye and next summer's Transformers sequel—so he could bounce back with a sincere apology and some of that charm he already exhibited on The Late Show With David Letterman.
But until then, how's this sitting with you? Are you feeling like a betrayed fan, or are you over the Shia hype and never want to see another movie of his no matter how much Steven Spielberg supports it?
Update

Nick Hogan Turns 18, Treated Like a Man
As far as happy birthdays go, Nick Hogan probably won't want to remember this one.
As E! News reported earlier this week, Nick celebrated his 18th birthday today by being transferred out of juvie and into Pinellas County Jail's Central Division with the big boys.
Don't think he'll be blowing out any candles today...
